Are sessions confidential and what if I don't want to talk about something?
Absolutely, your privacy is a top priority for me. Everything we discuss is confidential. However, if there's concern about your safety, someone else's or a child's safety, I have a responsibility to take action to ensure everyone's well-being. In most cases, we'll have a conversation about it first to find the best way to proceed.
During our sessions, you're in the driver's seat when it comes to what you want to talk about. You decide what feels right for you. However a disclaimer: sometimes holding back on certain topics might affect how well we can make progress together. But I am respectful for your wishes and we'll find a way that works best for you while keeping your goals in mind

I offer session rates and package deals, but we'll discuss the specific costs during your complimentary 15-minute discovery call. It's an opportunity for us to connect and see if we're a good fit to work together, as well as to determine the best package for you.
