1:1 Parenting Consults

Whether it’s the struggling with your child unwanted behaviour or with ‘never-ending mealtime struggles,’ or wanting to break the cycle of yelling.  if you’re feeling frustrated and exhausted, you’re not alone. I’ve been there too. And I’m here to tell you that there’s a way out of these cycles.

My work primarily draws from evidence based approaches and centers on you as the parent, it’s not about telling you what to do or prescribing specific techniques or quick fixes. I don’t adhere to a one-size-fits-all approach.  

Instead we work together in accordance to your own unique family and child using a non judgmental approach and create a safe space for you to talk about any challenges you are experiencing in your parenting. My work focuses on connection as by connecting more, parents feel they do less in their parenting.

Conscious parenting is at the heart of my approach. I work with you as the parent as once you as the parent is better able to show up for yourself and learn and adapt a whole new way of responding things shift with and for your child.

Every parent’s journey is unique, and sometimes, the most effective solution is to receive personalized 1:1 support through individual sessions.
